Best Rate Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Our Best Rate Guarantee applies to reservations made directly through the official Hotel Moeesy website.

If, within 24 hours of completing your direct reservation, you find a lower publicly available rate for the same stay, Hotel Moeesy will match that rate and apply an additional 7% discount.

To qualify, the competing rate must be available for:

• the same hotel
• the same room type
• the same arrival and departure dates
• the same number of guests
• the same meal plan
• the same cancellation and payment conditions
• the same included services and benefits

The lower rate must be publicly available online and bookable at the time the claim is submitted.

The guarantee does not apply to:

• member-only or login-required rates
• loyalty programme rates
• package rates that include additional services
• corporate or negotiated rates
• group rates
• promotional codes or private offers
• rates obtained through travel agents or offline channels
• obvious pricing or system errors

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the original direct booking and before check-in.

Hotel Moeesy reserves the right to verify the competing rate and its booking conditions before approving the claim.
